Account Eligibility

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and shoei44 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the shoei44 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use the shoei44 platform. Acceptance of these terms also means you agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this document.
Continued use of the shoei44 platform after any amended terms are published will be regarded as your acceptance of those amended terms.
2 Account Registration
To open an account at shoei44, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
- Be an individual (not a corporate entity or agent) registering on your own behalf.
- Have not had an account previously closed by shoei44 for breach of terms.
- Not be among individuals who are legally prohibited in your jurisdiction from using an online gambling platform.
Each player is only allowed one active account at any given time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in the closure of all such accounts and the freezing of any funds in them until an investigation is completed.
All information provided during registration, including full name, MyKad number, mobile phone number and email, must be accurate, current and valid. shoei44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols to create a strong password. Do not share your password with anyone.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
The shoei44 platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
The minimum amount for each deposit and each withdrawal is RM50. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for cryptocurrency transactions which will display the equivalent MYR value at the time.
Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved and all verification requirements are met. The actual processing time depends on the withdrawal method chosen and the duration of our internal review.
shoei44 reserves the right to request account verification or additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is a standard security procedure to protect players' interests.
Funds deposited into a shoei44 account may only be used for gambling activity on our platform. Transfers of funds between player accounts are not permitted.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
shoei44 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and rules stated alongside the relevant offer.
The welcome bonus currently offered is a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM100, giving a total balance of RM200. That bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before winnings from it can be withdrawn — that is, for a RM100 deposit receiving a RM100 bonus, the wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
The shoei44 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). Tier advancement depends on overall gameplay activity and account record.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Only one bonus offer can be active at any one time unless stated otherwise.
- shoei44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or abuse.
- Any attempt to abuse promotions will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. Check the details of each promotion in the "Promotions" section before claiming any bonus.
5 Game Rules
All games on the shoei44 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games, have their own rules which can be found within the respective game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
Game results produced by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical fault is proven to have occurred. shoei44 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, shoei44 will use system records to determine the valid outcome. If data is insufficient to determine the outcome, the relevant bet may be voided and the player's funds returned.
6 Prohibitions and Restrictions

- Attempts to hack, damage or disrupt the platform's functions or our technical infrastructure.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing or any illegal financial activity conducted through our platform.

- Sharing an account or allowing another party to use your account.

7 Account Closure

10 Dispute Resolution
